This useful plug-in helps out with the tedious chore of maintaining Release Notes.
FEATURES
Once installed, you only need to bind a keystroke to the EditReleaseNotes command. Executing this command displays the Release Notes Editor. This editor is divided into three sections for you to enter the appropriate notes:
The editor will save the information between sessions, making it very easy to add notes one at a time.
The file is named after the current MajorVersion + Release and the project name. All version information is maintained and the file is marked with a time stamp, as follows:
ReleaseNotes_%ProjectName%_v%MajorVersion%-%Release%.txt
So if you are documenting version 4.3 of a project titled order.dpr, your release note file would be ReleaseNotes_order_v4-3.txt.
