It was discovered by several CodeRush users that template expansion does not always work as expected when certain international keyboard locales are being used. This plug-in resolves that issue by toggling the active keyboard layout during keyboard template expansion; temporarily exchanging the user's active layout with the US English keyboard layout.

REQUIREMENTS
There is only one real requirement for this plug-in to function as expected. It operates by toggling between the active keyboard layout on a workstation and the US English keyboard layout setting. The US English keyboard locale (00000409) must be installed on your workstation.
