Corrects a Delphi Tools API bug so that the Breakpoint Properties dialog works correctly.

FEATURES

Fixes a bug in the Tools API for Delphi 5.

If you work with breakpoint properties, there is a bug in Delphi 5's Tools API that prevents editing of breakpoint properties (if you try to edit breakpoint properties, you'll get an "Instance of class TBreakpoint has dangling reference count of 2" error message.  This plug-in implements a work-around for the Tools API bug (once Borland fixes the bug, the plug-in is no longer needed).

If you don't work with Breakpoint Properties, then there is no need to install this plug-in.
